Amores Tangos
This ensemble from Argentina is also characterized by a special feature and differs from all the others: It combines tango music with other Latin American rhythms, especially salsa, creating an energy that no one can escape. The heaviness, which is sometimes attributed to tango, is completely dissolved and transformed into a lightness that is astounding. A trademark is to spontaneously invite singers onto the stage to interpret one or two pieces together.
